5 yoga asanas for acidity: Malaika Arora’s trainer shares her tips | Health

Malaika Arora’s yoga trainer, Sarvesh Shashi, who is known to regularly share health-related tips and tricks on his Instagram profile, has shared a range of yoga asanas that can help with stress issues. acidity.

Sarvesh on Saturday took to his Instagram profile to address the acidity issues many of us face. “Having acidity can lead to discomfort in the mind and body. Vajrasana

Halasana

Paschimottanasana

Pawanmuktasana

Ustrasana

Sarvesh further noted the health benefits of each asana demonstrated in the video. He added that Vajrasana, also known as Diamond Pose, helps stimulate the digestive system and prevent acidity. Halasana – the plow pose – helps to manage acidity effectively, thus helping to relax the mind. “Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend pose), this asana helps improve digestion and stimulates kidney function,” Sarvesh wrote. He further added that Pawanmuktasana, also known as Wind Relieving Pose, helps massage the intestines and other abdominal muscles. Ustrasana, on the other hand, helps relieve acidity and improve the digestion process. Also known as Camel Pose, Ustrasana helps stretch the abdomen, chest, shoulders, quadriceps, and hip flexors.
