Davina McCall reveals the secret to her stunning figure and healthy lifestyle
Davina McCall is well known for her fantastic figure, thanks to the healthy and balanced lifestyle she leads.
At 54 she is in incredible shape and her secret is that over the years she has really learned what works best for her body.
The TV presenter says she is now aware of what is okay and what is not okay with her and is trying to take care of herself as best she can.

Davina told RSVP Live: “I really watch what I eat, and it’s not so much about being bikini ready, but understanding that there are some things that aren’t right. agree with me.
“I think as you get older you start to get to know your body well. I know for a fact that sugar doesn’t make me feel good – but that doesn’t stop me from eating it all the way! I still eat sugar sometimes. over and over again, but I eat a lot less of it because it just makes me feel bad.”
Another thing Davina tries to minimize is starchy carbs.
“I try to eat brown pasta and those types of carbs,” she said. “I make smart trades in terms of food and it’s been really good for me.”
Davina also enjoys exercising, it’s her method of relaxation and it’s great for her mental health as well as her physical health.
Even on vacation, she likes to be able to be active and relax.
“The TUI Blue Grand Azur holidays I took part in were amazing because they had a wellness menu,” she said. “I was doing classes, then I was lying on the beach; I was having such a good time.
“Wherever I can continue to exercise because it makes me feel good, but I can also do nothing.”
