As Diwali approached, Nmami had shared six great tips for eating and drinking. She advised against drinking anything on an empty stomach. By opting for alcohol, add juice to it. In her second tip, she says stay physically active and eat guilt-free during the festivities. If festive meals cause acidity, bloating, or constipation, add digestive teas to your after-meal regimen. Don’t skip meals, Nmami warned. She also said that you have to taste traditional specialties at Diwali and prepare them at home with healthy ingredients. She also advised starting the day with a hearty breakfast.
Some time ago, Nmami Agarwal had shared some tips to remedy the problem of bloating in women. According to her, this happens due to excessive gas production or disruption in the movement of muscles in the digestive system. The easiest way to avoid bloating is to avoid overeating. In fact, one of the best ways to avoid overeating is to divide your meals. Eating in long intervals leads to overeating. She suggested chewing the food properly so that it was easily digested.
