Life Alert Reviews
“I fell down my driveway after returning from the hospital with a broken foot and ankle. I was on crutches and lost my balance. I had my GPS device and pressed the Life Alert button. I got a quick response and the rescue team was quickly there and ushered me into the house. They even moved furniture around so I could get around even easier! It was above and beyond. – G., verified customer, ConsumerAffairs
“The other day I was woken up at 5 am by Life Alert because my mom pressed her button while she was sleeping. Before calling me, they had already dispatched paramedics to the house, despite prior instructions to call a family member first. My parents now have home help so there was no need to send them right away. Everyone was sleeping because it was the middle of the night. I would like to return the system and cancel, but the contract does not allow it. Obviously, that’s because the company knows that most people won’t keep this service if there was the option of not doing so. – AW, Verified Customer, Trustpilot.com
“I love my two Life Alert“ buttons ”. I love that they tell you to test your gear once a month too. It’s a bit pricey, $ 69.95 per month, but so far no matter where I go it’s been there if I needed it. – Jeanne Gravitt, Best Company
“Life Alert told me I could cancel anytime when I signed up. They left out that my mom had to be in a nursing home or dead for me to cancel. When I signed up in this service a year ago my mom was able to figure out what it did and how it worked. Now her dementia makes the product useless for her. She no longer understands how to use it. reason enough for Life Alert to stop taking $ 90 A MONTH FROM MY CONFUSED ELDERLY MOTHER. ”- William Sellers, Best Company
