Men’s Health Week is all about encouraging the men in your life to have a healthy body, exercise, eat well, and see a doctor regularly. It will be observed from June 13 to June 19. Men’s Health Week ends the day before Father’s Day, which will be celebrated on June 19. The week is focused on the good health of our male counterparts. This is an opportunity once a year to make men think and learn more about their health. As you celebrate Men’s Health Week 2022, we at LatestLY have compiled a list of 5 foods men should eat to lead a healthy life. 1. Chocolate

Dark chocolates contain flavanols which can lower bad cholesterol levels, improve blood circulation and control blood pressure. Men with poor blood circulation may face erection problems. Therefore, an ounce of chocolate can also protect your sex life.

2. Lean red meat

Men eat much more protein than women. The healthiest proteins are low in fat and certain cuts of red meat. It contains leucine amino acids which are responsible for building and maintaining muscle mass.

3. Oranges

Oranges contain a high content of vitamin B9 and a glass of orange juice helps improve blood circulation in the body.

4. Chickpeas

Chickpeas are rich in dietary fiber. Due to their high fiber content, chickpeas promote healthy digestion in men.

5. Watermelon

Watermelons contain potassium and therefore help to increase energy levels. In addition, the presence of lycopene, the pigment that gives it its color, is known to reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Therefore, watermelon should be one of the favorites of all men.
