LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 13, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Outstanding domestic and overseas medical care equipment along with the latest rehabilitation and wellness products were showcased at the “Reha Homecare 2022” expo, which was held on June 9 (Thursday) at the COEX room B

Reha Homecare 2022, co-hosted by Korea Medical Device Distribution Association, Korea Federation of Disabled People’s Organizations and WeExpo, will be held for three days until 11 (Sat).

Under the theme “Healthy life, happy life!”, 93 companies submitted their applications for the exhibition to contribute to establishing an environment for an advanced welfare society where people can live a happy life and satisfaction by alleviating the inconveniences of living in an aging society and improving the quality of life by creating a conducive living environment.

In addition, in anticipation of an aging society in 2025, products suitable for the elderly and disabled such as home medical devices, smart health care equipment, rehabilitation and physiotherapy equipment and well-being have been brought together in one place. The exhibition was held as a space for information exchange and for visitors to experience various products, in order to contribute to the revitalization and development of our age-friendly industry by recognizing the convenience and the need for these products.

The main items on display in the exhibition are home medical devices such as blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, high frequency therapy devices, assistive devices for the visually impaired such as dot pads, devices related to mobility such as wheelchairs and evacuator-type lifts, medical beds, portable toilets, height-adjustable sinks, age-friendly equipment such as spinal traction therapy devices, as well as building materials needed for medical facilities and nursing, and industrial products and services.

Major participating companies include InBody Co., Ltd., a global leader in body composition analysis, Dot Co., Ltd., a smartwatch for the visually impaired, DaesungMaref Co., Ltd., a vision rehabilitation device. limb compression, Zespa Co., Ltd., a leading health/beauty device company, SUNGDOMC, a rehabilitation treatment device, and Asia FireProtection disaster/disaster prevention company. In addition to the Central Assistive Technology Center for the convenience and safety of people with disabilities, practical products suitable for the elderly from companies such as Human Care, Care Mate, Mother’s Hands, Zamo, Pin-S and Wheeline are on display.

In particular, this year, the joint pavilions of Gyeonggido Business & Science Accelerator Bio Center, Daejeon University VR Health Care Business Association and Gimhae Biomedical Industry Promotion Agency will showcase new paradigmatic services for smart health and healing industries, as well as products suitable for the elderly. combine BT and IT.
